Geometric Snowflake #BlocksCADSnowflake

This is my snowflake for the #BlocksCADSnowflake contest. I took things a different direction and used the Torus shape, offset on the X access and then rotated using the loop command to create the shape. It's right at 100mm in width and prints well. The torus has 6 faces to ensure the bottom of the snowflake is flat and printer friendly.

I also set the number of sides as a variable so you can easily change the shape of the snowflake. Just change that variable and render to see what is possible.

You can hang the snowflake using one fo the edge holes, or print a bunch of them to use as coasters around the house.
