George Foreman Jr Timer knob

The George Jr Gorge Foreman grill timer knob is rather frail. This replacement knob works very well. It needs the shaft hole smoothed out with a 6 mm drill bit for a perfect fit. If you do not have a 6 mm drill and a drill press handy you could just upscale it a percent or two in your slicer. I made mine out of PLA and we shall see how it holds up to the heat of battle. I have some PETG on order just in case.

This knob is much easier to operate as well.
