# German phone booth from the late 70s#
UPDATE 05/19/2021: *Slightly improved roof*
The last yellow phone booth in Germany was removed in October 2019.
The model has the same lighting as the [british phone booth](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3687262). This model has been my inspiration.
This version is scaled 1:10, so it's a little taller than the British one. The battery is placed in the floor and determines the width. It may be modified to be placed diagonal for making a smaller version.
When installing the lights you need the following electric parts:
* TP 4056 battery charger with USB connector
* TTP223 touch sensor
* 18650 battery
* AAA battery positive/negative contacts
* 2 LEDs 3mm 5V 3000K with integrated resistor
* some stranded cable for connecting the electric parts (3.6V)
Additional materials:
* transparent foil for the windows
* aluminum foil for the reflector of the black lamp box
* black and green acrylic paint
* some solder
* optional: pap
