The body, side guides, treads and the main cogs were printed using a .8mm nozzle. This was done because I hate waiting. a .4 nozzle will be fine. The 4 motors (see below) sit a bit loosely in the frame, but they barely move. The cogs fit loosely on the motor shaft by design. You want a bit of play in the cog to make sure the treads fit properly. The hubs are secured with servo mounting screws... if I find out the exact size, I will insert the size... here-> xxxxx ...nope not yet. The pins should fit snug in the treads. If you print the treads using the .4 nozzle they might be a bit loose but you can hit them with some super glue. Just make sure you only hit the non-head size of the pin. The body can be almost anything, there are four holes for mounting the tread assembly to the body. You can use either short or long bolts to secure the pieces, I tend to ram things with my tank so longer bolts were needed. If I get the turret designed, I will add it in later.
