Ghostbusters Ghost Trap Backplate with Handle Support

A backplate with handle support for Spirit/Walmart/Disguise/other prop Ghostbuster traps.

I did not like the flimsy feeling of the handle, or the seam on the back of the trap - so with this I tried to reduce or eliminate both.

Printed with 100% infill.

The hole size for the SPDT switch may need to change depending on what switch brand you use. The back hole for the light is sized to fit the Linrose Pilot Light (B4611B1 Red).

This plate is designed to go over the existing trap and fit snugly against the handle, to help prevent it from wiggling.

Some modifications to the right side of the existing trap plate (the removeable section) will need to be made; specifically cutting out a hole for the SPDT switch body to fit, so that the threads will go through this backplate.

I have included two designs, one with a shorter support for the handle, and one with a taller support that should match up with the rest of the body of the trap height wise.
