The MANTA was a "mail away" toy in the line when I got mine. The real toy broke down into smaller parts and fit into an enormous backpack for a figure to wear, which invariably made him fall over backwards.
As usual, the file is modeled at the size of the actual toy but is intended to be printed at 25%. If you print this larger or smaller it may have too much or too little detail.
The surfboard is printed right side up
The sail is printed mast pointing up with supports turned on.
