Here we have a full size clock that hangs on your wall in the shape of a clothes button!

printed item measures 220mm round and is 22mm thick. I printed this one at 0.2 layer height with 15% infill using tree supports. The clock mechanisms can be bought on Amazon for cheap.

You will need an AMS unit in order to print this file in colors.
