Giant fidget spinner

I removed the seals and degreased all the bearings and reassembled them without shields or spacers be the least amount of resistance. the shields pop off with a flathead screw driver but the spacers require you to punch out the pins holding them. I used a flathead for most of them and pried them out of the bearing and moved the beads around to fit them though. pulling all the beads to one side without the spacers will allow you to pull out the center ring with some force. Without the spacers however if you spin it with the beads collected on one side it may pull the inner ring out.

Tip top get the bearings in

If you disassemble them put ONLY the outer ring in the freezer over night.

Assembled bearings should still shrink enough but may not allow for as much play in the bearing as they are a tig
