Gigabot Pen Plotter Adapter

Here’s a cool little experiment we’re trying—a pen plotter attachment for the Gigabot! 🖊️ It mounts directly to both extruder clamp screws, and the pen is held in place with an M4 knob screw. We even added a TPU part to help wedge regular pens securely, but if you take it out, you can fit larger markers or other drawing tools.

It’s still a work in progress, but we’re having fun testing it out. We’re currently working on sharing which open-source software works best to generate the G-code—if you’ve got any suggestions, let us know! Or stay tuned for updates!
