Gimbal joystick mod

Slightly reworked gimbal from olukelo.
- changed the cams to a softer center and the hook of the springs under the screw.
- added attachment points for standard potentiometers from xbox/ps4 controllers and adapters.
- cam attachment points have been increased by 1mm (now they do not rub), 1mm washers have been added between the bearings.
- handle extension.
