This is a case for GK-Plus Geiger Counter Kit (https://sites.google.com/site/diygeigercounter/geiger-kit-plus) with a Russian SBT-11A tube.
Here is the list of additional pieces I used:
1x 3.7V 2500 mAh LiPo 785060 battery (Max dim.: 60.2x50.5x7.9 mm)
1x 10x15 mm power switch (from Aliexpress)
1x DC-022 5.5x2.5 mm power socket (from Aliexpress)
3x 6.4x10.3 mm springs
5x DIN 7982 2.2x9.5 screws
2x DIN 7982 2.2x6.5 screws
4x DIN 7981 2.9x6.5 screws
NOTE. I took the inspiration for the connector caps from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2271553
