Glass lid handle replacement - Riser

Here is a version of my popular Top Glass Riser to Stop Clogs and Heat Creep that replaces the lid handle rather than clips on it. Simply install using the screws from the stock handle - takes less than a minute. As recommended on the Bambu Wiki You should leave the P1S and X1C glass cover and door open to prevent heat creep causing clogs when printing PLA etc - but I did not like the way the door swings around during prints as this cannot be good for print quality.
