I suggest going a little aggressive with the infill as it will support a shelf, other than that all settings are up to your preference.
The holes are 4mm in diameter, M4 Flat Head Countersunk Screws
NOTE: supports up to 9mm thick glass shelf with 0.1mm clearance.
