Design ConceptI needed a bigger case to fit my cycling glasses. The glasses case is designed with a print-in-place mechanism, providing a seamless hinge that removes the need for additional assembly. The insert is an optional addon and must be printed separately.FunctionIt is intended to securely store and protect a pair of glasses with a convenient, easy-to-use flip-top design. It fits glasses with a volume of roughly 150w x 70dx57h.Print RecommendationsUtilize PLA or PETG plastic for durability. Print with a layer height of 0.2mm. The insert is optional. I printed it in TPU. No supports required.Assembly InstructionsAs the design is print-in-place, no additional assembly is required. The inserts are optional and fits inside the case. Upon printing, the case will be fully functional with movable lids. The case uses 6 6mm x 2.6mm magnets. When installing them make sure the polarity is correct.
