Globe Jigsaw

This is a simple spherical jigsaw puzzle. The outer surface of the puzzle is plain and smooth, and each of the 12 pieces internally makes up a dodecahedron.

The puzzle pieces lock together and can only be put together in a certain order. The first piece is piece 7, followed by pieces 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 which all fit around piece 7. The pieces 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 fit around that to start forming the second hemisphere, and finally piece 1 fits in as the last piece.

Each piece is around 60mm in diameter and has been given a small tolerance between pieces so they fit together nicely.
