Gloomhaven: Buttons and Bugs Insert

The insert supports sleeved cards (SleeveKings are what I used), but has no space for the health dials included in the game. Instead, I've added mini D10's (10mm) to track health.Enemy Boards to replace the included boards to track initiative.
