Gloomhaven monster attack deck holder

Increased the length of the anti tipping brackets for better stability.

This holds the attack deck for a gloomhaven monster, including the monster stat card. This is meant to be used together with thing 2810528 so that dice are no longer needed to track the HP of a monster.
