The faction boxes have room to give each player what they need to set up in their area, including the feud/gaol cubes from their cross-border rivals and starting horses/sheep/cattle under the cards. Just leave it empty if you don't like that.
I chose to print two sizes/colors of cattle instead of the tokens included with the game, but the tokens work just fine in the insert.
I also printed extra horses and sheep instead of the 'extra' tokens in the game. I used

The spacer goes the full height of the box to hold the map/docs in place. I also stuff two draw bags into it for the turn order and defense tokens.
Solo box is the solo only cards plus the farm tokens.
