Well, I was reading through a Gnocchi Rolling Paddle how-to on Instructables.com, and I was inspired. I'd have to pull out my table saw and find scrap rosewood, etc. and then I thought - heck, I can just model this up in SolidWorks and print one. No Fuss - No Muss.
