I created that pencil cup for my daughter's desktop. It's based on the Goethe bust from Spiernik https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1603629
The CAD model was created using ONSHAPE and is available here:

The pencil cup is best printed with a resolution of 0.2mm using no support and took about 6 to 7 hour to be printed.
