Intended for 1/2 inch PVC pipe (mine was about 21-22 mm wide/diameter). The Fin/Wing fits into the Main part very tightly. The Top should set into the Main smoothly. The Top is intended to be printed in PETG ad have an LED put into the cavity. Or printed in regular PLA and just used to hold snacks/money at cons. Whatever boats your floats.
