My Ender 3 was struggling to print all the parts without messing up the chin, tail or hands, so I split up the model in blender for easier printing.

Simply use some modeling glue to piece the parts together after printing.

For myself, I had the best luck printing without the tail, but your prints might do better. I also painted the model before assembly, using a little bit of painters tape to cover up where the pieces would connect. I found it easier to do that way. Unfortunately I don't have and pictures of the printed models, sorry.
