Golf Ball Jail

Is that golf ball just not going where it should? Is it the problem, and not your swing? Well put that bad boy in golf ball jail until it learns to do what you need it to. Similar to dice jail, this cage acts as a spot to store a golf ball and hang from your bag or push cart. This model is made to hold one standard golf ball securely. I have printed this model in PLA as well as ASA. Unless you are planning on leaving it outside for extended periods, PLA is probably sufficient but I like ASA since it can handle higher heats and extended UV exposure. The model consists of the cage body in one piece and the top/lid. I split the top in half in BambuLab so that it would print cleaner and rely on less supports. I glue the two halves of the top together without dowels or connectors and it has held up well so far. This model makes use of eight 6x2mm round magnets thats hold the top to the body of the cage.
