After my ball mount broke, twice, i decided to make one but avoiding the point that broke, the plastic screw, and making a single piece, the ball has 6mm of diameter and you can use the stardar screws you find in the normal mount like this https://bit.ly/2WyP7tz to connect the GoPro.
