GoPro Flipper

This is a first attempt to create a flip filter holder for the GoPro Hero 6. It is intended for underwater photography. In general underwater one often requires a color filter to help with white balancing and this is an easy way to hold it on the camera but still be able to remove it when required (say whne using a strobe).
Its also a nice way to add a +16 diopter lens which gives the GoPro an 8cm object distance for macro videos of underwater critters.

It requires some M3 stainless bolts and nuts to assemble.

I found on first printing that my printer callibration was a bit off so had to adjust the sizes to get the thing to fit snug about the window on the GoPro supersuit. Other models and sizes are of course possible so some care needs to be taken when printing to ensure the final fit.

Depending on the size of the filters you want to use you will have to adjust the filterdia parameter. I found I didn't need to create their screwthreads as I could just pop them into the
