GoPro Hero Storage Box

This is to be printed in TPU. The 2 tabs on the lid are to be glued to the bottom portion. The flexibility of the TPU in those 2 tabs is the hinge for the lid. The tongue on the other side is an interference fit into the slot to keep it closed.

How to glue TPU? Use Dimethylformamide. Dip a q-tip into the solution and liverally place it on the portion to be glued. You will start to feel it soften the TPU. Press the two sides together and secure it in place and let cure for several hours. You are chemically fusing/welding the TPU together. You WILL NOT be able to pry them apart if you did it right. I suggest you develop some practice pieces of TPU to glue together before attempting on your final print.
