GoPro mount for countersunk M4 locking nuts.
The nut that will sit underneath the GoPro nut could be moved 1mm farther out to the side in order to be easier to insert, but I had to match pre-drilled holes in my helmet with this one.
The slot in the bottom will accomodate the bottom of a snag-prevention shield, for use in skydiving (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2432876).
