GoPro viewfinder

The GoPro is great except it lacks a viewfinder. I've got the back-pack, but either things are getting very small these days or my eyes aren't what they used to be. I use the GoPro on FPV radio controlled planes and multi-rotors, but sometimes I just want to film my or a friend's attempts at flying and trying to spot a plane 200 feet up using the back-pack is well nigh impossible.

So I created the clip on viewfinder. I know, it looks silly, but it works extremely well. Simply hold the camera away from you (not up to your eye) and keep the object in the middle of the square. Use one or both eyes as necessary so as not to lose the subject and Bob's your mother's brother.

If it's a bit loose on the camera, smear a little hot glue on the inside of the sides and it will grip properly.
