GPD Win 5 grips

Grip installation instructions

Links are for reference for what I ordered for the parts.

Hardware required:
6X M1.7 x 10mm screws https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08NVVZC7Y

Optional hardware:
2X M3 x 16mm dowel pins https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F5WCT2N5
1mm thick foam https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C99CYH3N

Optional steps: These aren’t required, but they make the grips more secure so they don’t really move around at all.

Press the dowel pin into the bottom hole in the rear grips (left side in image circled in red). If required depending on how well your print comes out, you may need to use an M3 or 32 ga. drill bit to open it up to fit. Ignore the top hole, it’s unused and just hasn’t been removed from the model yet.

Attach a strip of the 1mm foam to the front parts of the grips approximately as shown on both front halves (right side in image circled in red).

Slide the front half of the grip onto the device, then install the match rear half onto the device and secure in pl
