this mount fits the GM8-5883 perfectly and really tight to keep it in the mount. It will take some forcing to get the chip inside the mount, but once it is in, it will fit perfectly.

the wiring length will depend on your build, but for this gps unit placement and wire length it came with is set for exactly the FC to the GPS unit with lots of twisting. also remember to wrap your gps wires with copper foil tape for that extra bit of performance
