The typeface is 0.40 inches tall and 0.10 inches thick. I printed the text separately and glued it to the cap.
A 50/50 mixture of ABS & acetone makes a nice plastic cement. Evacuated nail polish bottles also work very well as applicators. Swirl acetone inside the bottles to clean them out, then mix ABS filament with acetone and let sit.
