It doesn't really use the proper "unit system" for the height cause it was too dumb and confusing, it is plainly stated and measured from the top of the solid base level to the top of the rim.My base is about 7mm thick.So if it says half inch, it means the storage area is 1/2 inch tall. This works okay on bambu or maybe other fast printers too.
