Gridfinity Rebuilt plastic blade holder, half grid

Same as ysaye's model except I changed the base to half-pitch/half-sized blocks, which fits normal Grifdinity (100% compatibility with normal grids and components) but can also be placed at half-positions. The base was cut off a bin I generated using Gridfinity Rebuilt. That one's MIT license, which is compatible with ysaye's CC-BY-SA so I went with CC-BY-SA licensing.From original:Wanted a way to fit more spare plastic scraper blades into a Gridfinity 1x1.
