Gridfinity Screwdriver Tool Box Organizer

Customizable screwdriver tool box organizer based upon 42mm Gridfinity grid. There are three types of components of various sizes 1) A gridfinity grid which you will have to source from the Gridfinity website. No models are provided here. 2) six sizes of baseplates that lock into the grid. These baseplates here have holes underneath for 8x3mm magnets to hold down to a metal drawer. The upper side has 8mm holes that accept a plug. Grid sizes are 1x5, 1x4, 1x3, 1x2, 1x1, all 42 mm grid spacing 3) 2 different height plugs for the cylinders with a 8mm hole in one end, to be attached to the 8mm plug in the base plate. The top end hole is for a 8mmx3mm magnet. The different heights are to accommodate various sizes of screwdrivers. Assembly: Superglue is optional. You may wish to dry fit your creations to ensure it works for you before any gluing. I am finding the dry fit works fine. May need to glue given wear over time. The 8mm plug holes where the base plates butt up to each other will likely require glue to hold it in place. Step 1. Put 8x3 magnets into bottom of base plates. You will need two base plates opposite of each other to hold a screwdriver in place. Step 2. Select a plug which best fits your screwdriver. You will need two plugs of the same size. Insert magnets into 8mm holes on top of posts. You may wish to vary the colour of your plugs for different screwdriver types. Step 3. Place a post on to one of the 8mm base plate holes. Take the same size plug and place it into the same position on the second base plate. Step 4 At this point your will be able to locate the two base plates onto a grid. Space the base plates far enough apart to support the screwdriver. Step 5 repeat step 3 to 4 and use the posts closest to your earlier placement The baseplate posts are spaced out to accommodate most size screwdriver handles you may come across. The screwdrivers can be placed in opposite directions to save space and to keep like types together. In using multiple grids an
