Gridfinity Thickness 'Gauges'

Recently when designing a model I was having trouble deciding how thick to make a wall. Looking at marks on a ruler wasn't adequate, I needed something more tactile. So I slapped together a couple of quick tiles for a few different sizes, and finished my project.Over the following weeks I found that I was constantly reaching for those few tiles as I designed other things. Finally, I decided to do a proper job of it, and make a complete set and a Gridfinity base for them to sit in. Of course, calling these ‘gauges’ is something of a stretch. The actual accuracy of the sizes will depend on how well your printer is calibrated and the slicer settings you choose. Mine came out better than one-tenth of a mm accurate, which is far more than necessary for the intended use! This model has 15 tiles from 1mm to 8mm thick, in ½ mm increments.
