Grip Training Block

Compact grip trainer that brings multiple hold types into one setup. 25mm deep flat edge, 16mm deep curved edge, single and two-finger pockets and a pinch-loading center hole. For climbers who want more training variety without carrying multiple tools, whether for warm-ups, finger isolation, hangs, endurance work, or pinch strength. Its recessed, reconfigurable cord system helps keep setups clean and unobstructed during use. 2mm cord diameter recommended and tested (shown) . 3mm will fit but is tight. Center pinch hole can accommodate 5-6mm cord. Printed in PETG GF - Holes use fuzzy skin to increase grip.
