Got inspired by this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3127183. I needed to mount it on the inside of the pantry door and doors are hollow and do not provide much hold. I also wanted my bungees tight (which cause extra strain on the mounting points), so the original started pulling out of its screw holes and came up with this. I marked it as remix because the idea is great and I fully give credit to MHParsons, however this model is drawn from scratch.
The elastic band is from Walmart .25inch. in the crafts/sewing isle.

Latest Update:
- created larger taper for screws to fit flush
- removed artifacts that caused a step on one side of each bracket.
