It is a DIY powered air purification respirator (PAPR). When using the items as shown in the video these grommets are designed to install into the holes cut on the main housing for the belt system. The grommets based is placed on the outside of the hole. Two tabs are placed on the inside, with one half of each tab inserted through the corresponding slit in the grommet. Then a soldering iron is used to melt the pieces of the tabs protruding out of the grommet, thus making a solid, singular piece.
4x Grommet Bases and 4x sets of tabs must be printed for a complete installation.
