GT2 pulley V2

Still to be printed at 95 % in Slic3r.
I made the holes and the place for the M3 nut a bit bigger so they fit better . In version 1 , I still needed to pass with a drill in the holes afterwards.
The only difference for the teeth is that I made them 2mm higher, just to have a litle bit more room ( now the fit was rather tight ...
