I have a Gtech Airam but the wheel fell off. So here is a widet that replaces the broken tabs on the wheel. It is a tight enough fit that I have not used glue, but that may change if it fails in heavy use.
For fun I've added a picture of how the design evolved. Fom left to right..
1. I trired a draft print with a 0.8mm nozzle, not good but does show the kind of thing you get when you try to print on hot plastic.
2. 0.4mm nozzle beter definition and cooling but the tabs are not strong enough so sheer at the right angle. Also the slots were a bit small.
3. Tabs stayed on but too tall.
4. tabs rigt size bit need more length to flex inwards so the wheel goes on.
5. Lengthen shaft and slot, add taper to allow existing tab to flex.
