Guardin' Gnome Squad

GUARDIN' GNOME SQUAD Lately, Garden Gnomes have been portrayed as friendly, shy, mostly good creatures. But if one digs into folklore about Gnomes, there is a group called **Red Hat Gnomes** who are quite mean and vicious. It is said that their hats are red from being soaked in the blood of their enemies. But whatever color their hat, Gnomes are quite territorial, and protective. It occurred to me that the name Garden Gnome might be a mispronunciation. Perhaps they are really Guardin' Gnomes? Every Gnome guards its own territory. Some squads of the more militant Red Hat Gnomes have been assigned to guard the gateways between realms.
