guide for z-axis threaded spindle - upgrade for Kingroon, Creality, ...
adjustable and therefore usable for many printers like Ender 3 in different versions as well as KP3(S) from Kingroon. Distance of the z spindle to the aluminum profile adjustable from 14 to 21 mm - or from the aluminum profile to the center z spindle 18 to 25mm.
the guide is mounted on the aluminum profile (40x20mm) and guides the z-spindle at the upper end.
the guide can be adjusted to find the exact alignment. the guide is available in 2 versions. with and without ball bearing.
MR148zz is used as ball bearing. additionally 4 screws are needed: 2x M3x14mm and 2x M3x20mm plus 4 nuts M3.
assemble all parts but tighten the screws only slightly. slide the assembled part into the aluminum rail and align the guide. tighten the screws again only slightly. move the z-carriage completely up and finally align the guide. tighten the screws.
