Guide Rail Adapter for Quick Clamp

I had a quick clamp with a broken head and found these cool guide rail adapters online. Since I did not find any that would match my quick clamp dimensions (see sketch for reference) I modeled this from scratch using the one from DiDDyFisch as a reference.
