This is a switch knob for a guitar pedal, also called barefoot button. It is fully customizable to fit any type of guitar pedal foot switches.
The rendered STL with an inner diameter of 10 (mm) fits a regular pedal switch quite well without having a screw.
If you print a version with a rounded surface on the top, you might consider to print it upside down. So the top surface gets a lot cleaner.
