I bought an electric guitar with a missing string & tuning peg bushing. I measured out the original bushing with a caliper, and replicated it in CAD.
The peg has the following dimensions:
Outer Diameter: 8mm
Inner Diameter: 6.2mm
Flange Diameter: 14.5mm
Height: 9.35mm
It may fit your electric guitar, especially cheaper ones. The original bushing is made of plastic too, so strength should be okay.
