Gwillowtine

This is a jig that was made to trim Guillow's 6 inch props (Product #118) to replace broken propellers in Bioquip #2801A EVS Mosquito traps. Makes for a clean cut, symmetrical propeller and perfect fit in these traps. Hole in the propeller hub must be drilled out to 2mm first, which is necessary to fit them on the trap's motor shaft anyway. Place untrimmed prop in the jig with hub aligned vertically, with round side down. Align hub over spindle in jig and press down with one finger on the hub of the prop to align the hole over the spindle and seat the blades firmly against the angles on the jig. Hold it like that and use your free hand to cut prop using the outer edge of the jig as a guide.
