GWT Inserts Remix

I used the model of Deludik for the inserts and adapted them a bit to fit my version of the game:

123 card box:
- Larger holes for the 123 cards because they did not fit in the original print
- Added circular holes to easier grab the cards

Extra inserts player box:
- Create an extra insert for Cowboy/Train/Cube to put in the player box. When stored vertically, this won't fall out.

Lid for the coin box to prevent falling out when stored vertically.
