GYMs are closed in my area, I had rubber bands which burn my hand after a while, after few iterations and some simulations in fusion 360 finally I could safely say a single one could handle my whole weight "200 Ib= 91 kg", it has round edges so it wouldn't dig in your hand and some bumps for better grip.
