Gyroid sphere lamp

This lamp is a hollow sphere of 220mm diameter and 3mm thickness, which is printed using only gyroid infill, without walls and without surface layers. The semi-transparent gyroid infill results in some very unique patterns...

The goal of this design was only to demonstrate the idea of using only gyroid infill and to see how light interacts with it. I hope it can inspire others !

(the bottom part and the actual lamp holder was recycled from an IKEA lamp)
