H2D side toolbox - tool holder

A simple side stand for the h2d build plates with a set of places to hold the tools supplied with the printer, the documentation, six hotends, pliers, glue, ...

Out of the box, it is designed to be place at the right of the printer, but everything is symetrical, so simply make an X mirror and you are good to go for a left placement.
